SEED Junior Academy opened on November 14th, 2006 with an enrollment of 20 Students. It is located in the Raila village of Kibera.

SEED Junior Academy promotes the Education, Empowerment, and Development of its students and their communities through the provision of a free academic curriculum.
Focusing on community based support and involvement, SEED Junior Academy facilitates its students in realizing their potential by ensuring physical, mental, social, emotional, and moral enrichment so as to inspire, inform and involve its students in creating an educated and empowered community.
To uplift the living standards of orphans and youth living in difficult circumstances in the Kibera slums by offering them equal opportunity to a good education and a quality life. Through education, empowerment and development of its students
